An introduction of Independent Producer/Director Ralph L. Crowder III and his timely documentary film. “Hands Up Don’t Shoot Our Youth Movement” was inspired by the death of Mike Brown and the youth uprising in Ferguson, Missouri. This film promo also includes audience reaction from focus group screening events that were conducted in preparation for a National College, University and Community Tour.
